Where
We currently ship within the EU. Our packages are shipped from Germany.
Costs
Standard Germany, 2 to 4 business days - €5,95
WarenPost International, 5 to 14 business days - €11,33
Standard International, 5 to 14 business days - €18,43
Orders over €100 - Free Delivery
Processing Times
Processing of your order will take 1-2 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
NOTE: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday).
Shipping Times

- Other Countries 5-14 days
These are estimates that can vary due to delays caused by the shipping services. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping services and are not able to speed up processing times once a package was handed over to the courier.
Christmas Period
The last orders of the year will be processed at 12:00 mid-day on 20th December, and business will resume as usual in January.
Please note Christmas is a busy time of year for deliveries and we cannot be responsible for the delivery times of our shipping partners.
